Data365 is a social media API covering up to seven networks, sold by network count and credit volume together — a two-axis model that nobody else on this page uses.
What it costs
| Plan | Price/month | Social networks | Credits/month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | €300 | 1 | 500,000 |
| Standard | €850 | 3 | 1,000,000 |
| Custom | custom | up to 7 | up to 100,000,000 |
A free trial is offered on both published tiers.
⚠️ Those are euros, and we are leaving them that way
Their pricing page shows only euros, with no USD column and no currency toggle.
Every other price in this comparison is in dollars. We could multiply by today's rate and produce a tidy column — and we are not going to, because an exchange rate is not a competitor's price. It changes daily, it would be stale the week after we published, and it would present our arithmetic with the authority of their pricing page.
If you are comparing against the dollar prices elsewhere in this family, the conversion is yours to do on the day you decide, with the rate on that day.
The two-axis model, and who it punishes
The interesting thing here is not the number — it is that networks and credits are billed together.
Basic gives you half a million credits and one network. If your product needs Instagram and TikTok, Basic cannot serve it at any volume, and the next step is Standard at €850 — a 2.8× price increase to go from one network to three, regardless of how many credits you actually use.
That shape rewards a single-platform product and penalises a multi-platform one. Most of this category's demand is multi-platform, which makes the Basic tier narrower in practice than its credit count suggests.
For contrast, and as disclosure rather than a boast: we price per call across eleven platforms with no per-network tier, because our collection is the same pipeline for all of them. That is a design consequence, not a virtue — a per-network model makes sense if your networks have genuinely different costs.
Who it's for
A product with one platform and real volume. 500,000 credits a month on a single network is serious capacity, and €300 for it is reasonable against per-credit competitors at that scale.
Also a fit for enterprise buyers who want up to seven networks and 100 million credits under one contract — that is a Custom conversation, and nobody else in this comparison publishes a ceiling that high.
Where it is better than us
Credit volume per euro at single-network scale. 500,000 credits is more than our tiers contemplate.
The 100-million ceiling. We have no answer at that volume.
Seven networks under contract, with a named enterprise path. Ours is a Stripe checkout.
The legal part
Same ground as the category: public data, platform terms, live case law. We are not going to characterise their position from the outside — they are a European company and the GDPR surface is genuinely different from a US-based reseller's, which is a point in their favour for European buyers and not one we can assess for them.
Ours is published: public versus personal data and a removal route.
Who measured this
We did, and we compete with them.
The two published prices and the network/credit pairs are read from their page and transcribed as shown — in euros, because that is how they are shown. The 2.8× observation is arithmetic on their two numbers.
What we run is an hourly archive of what's rising across public platforms. What we sell is one response shape, per call, without a per-network tier.
Plan prices, network counts and credit volumes read from data365.co/pricing on 2 October 2026 — primary source, read directly from the page. Prices are published by Data365 in euros only; no USD figure appears on their page and we have not converted it, because an exchange rate is not their price. The 2.8× figure is our arithmetic on €300 and €850. Verify before deciding.
