Scrape.do is a scraping API with rotating proxies, JavaScript rendering, geo-targeting and CAPTCHA handling — and one structural choice that separates it from most of this page.
What it costs
| Plan | Price/month | API credits | Per 1,000 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 1,000 | — |
| Hobby | $29 | 250,000 | $0.116 |
| Pro | $99 | 1,250,000 | $0.079 |
| Business | $249 | 3,500,000 | $0.071 |
| Advanced | $699 | 10,000,000 | $0.070 |
| Enterprise | contact sales | unlimited | — |
Annual billing gives up to 20% off — their framing: "pay for 10 months and get 12—on every plan except Enterprise."
$0.070 per 1,000 is the lowest rate in this entire family, edging out ScrapingBee's $0.075 and ScraperAPI's $0.092.
The thing that matters more than being cheapest
From their page: all paid plans include full access to residential and mobile proxies, JavaScript rendering, geo-targeting and CAPTCHA handling, with no feature restrictions.
Compare that to the three competitors in this family whose credit cost multiplies by feature or target — Scrapfly by enabled feature, Oxylabs by target site (a 2.7× range), Xpoz by platform (6× between Reddit and Instagram).
If Scrape.do's credits are genuinely flat across features, then $0.070 is a price and not a floor, which makes it the only number in the cheap end of this page that you can multiply by your request count and get a bill. That is worth more than the 7% it beats ScrapingBee by.
⚠️ We did not verify the flat-credit claim by running requests — we read it on their page. It is the claim we would test first with the free 1,000 credits before committing, and it is the one that makes or breaks the arithmetic above.
What a credit does not buy
The page, not the field. Pointing it at an Instagram profile returns HTML, and
followers as an integer across eleven platforms in one shape is a parsing
problem you own — including
the day the field you depend on is not the field you thought.
Who it's for
The best default in this family if you are going to own the parsing anyway. Cheapest rate, no feature gates, and a free tier to test the flat-credit claim before you trust it.
Wrong purchase if what you want is structured social metrics. Same test as always: if you write a parser after the response arrives, the API did not answer your question.
Where it is better than us
Price per fetch. $0.070 per 1,000. We are not close, and we are not trying to be — different unit.
No feature gating. We also do not gate features, but we serve eleven platforms; they serve the web.
Any URL at all.
The legal part
General scraper, so target choice and compliance sit with the buyer. A different place for the same question, not a better one.
We publish our line and a removal route.
Who measured this
We did, and we compete in this category — so check the arithmetic, which is ours, against the plan prices, which are theirs.
The claim we flagged as unverified is the flat-credit one, and we flagged it because it is the load-bearing claim. If credits turn out to vary by feature, this page's per-1,000 column becomes a floor like Scrapfly's, and the conclusion changes.
What we run is an hourly archive of what's rising. What we sell is parsed JSON in one shape — the parsing a general scraper leaves with you.
Plan prices, credit counts, the annual-billing quote and the "no feature restrictions" claim read from scrape.do/pricing on 2 October 2026 — primary source, read directly from the page. The per-1,000 column is our arithmetic on their numbers. The flat-credit claim is theirs and we did not test it by running requests; it is flagged above as the first thing to verify. Verify before deciding.
